1. Service Description

LeaseBook AI is a cloud-based lease management and accounting platform that helps organizations comply with IFRS 16 and ASC 842 standards. The service includes lease lifecycle management, accounting calculations, journal generation, ERP integration, and AI-powered contract extraction.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each organization receives an isolated database instance.

3. Subscription Plans

• Trial — 14 days free, limited to 10 leases and 3 users
• Starter ($99/mo) — 25 leases, 3 users, single GAAP standard
• Professional ($299/mo) — 200 leases, 10 users, dual GAAP, 1 ERP integration
• Enterprise ($799/mo) — Unlimited leases and users, all features, SSO, dedicated support

4. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) resell or redistribute the service; (b) attempt to access other customers' data; (c) use the service for illegal purposes; (d) interfere with service operations; (e) reverse engineer the software.

5. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into LeaseBook AI. We do not use your lease data for any purpose other than providing the service. You can export your data at any time in Excel format.

6. AI Features

AI-powered features (contract extraction, chat assistant) use third-party AI models. Lease contracts uploaded for AI extraction are processed and not retained by the AI provider beyond the request lifecycle. AI-generated results should be reviewed by qualified professionals.

7. Accounting Accuracy

LeaseBook AI performs calculations based on the data you provide and the accounting standards selected. While we strive for accuracy, the service does not constitute accounting advice. Users are responsible for verifying calculations with their auditors and accountants.

8. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime for Enterprise plans. The service is provided "as is" for Starter and Professional plans. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your data is retained for 90 days. After 90 days, all data including lease records, journals, and documents will be permanently deleted.

10. Limitation of Liability

LeaseBook AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
